How to make a claim
We've kept this simple and fast, without asking you to mail anything back and wait weeks for a resolution.
- Get in touch. Email support@staychunky.com.au or use the contact form below.
- Show us the fault. A clear photo or short video of the issue, plus your order number or the batch/date code moulded into the cable's strain relief.
- We verify and ship. Once confirmed, we send your replacement. No return required.
One replacement per original order. If you need a second replacement on the same cable, our support team will take a closer look to understand what's going on.
