Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

We dispatch from 3030, Victoria.

Dispatch occurs three days per week.

Orders placed before 1:30pm AEST on a dispatch day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next scheduled dispatch day.

We ship on weekends where operationally possible.

We do not dispatch on Victorian public holidays.


Australian Shipping

We ship via Australia Post.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $65 AUD.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Victoria metro: 2 to 4 business days
Interstate metro: 3 to 6 business days
Regional areas: 4 to 10 business days

Express Shipping

Victoria metro: 1 to 2 business days
Interstate metro: 1 to 3 business days
Regional areas: 2 to 5 business days

All parcels include tracking. Tracking details are sent automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Signature on delivery may apply depending on Australia Post requirements.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs processing.

International orders are shipped under DDU terms. This means import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Chunky does not collect or cover international import taxes or duties.

Customs processing times are outside of our control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If you need to correct your address, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

Chunky remains responsible for orders until they are delivered.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost in Transit

We will initiate an investigation with Australia Post.
If confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued.

Marked Delivered but Missing

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, you may be required to provide additional information, including a police report where appropriate. Each case is assessed individually.

Damaged on Arrival

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.


Returns

Our returns policy is separate and available on our website.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

For faulty items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
